How do I disable gift messages on specific gift product variants?

If you'd like to ensure customers are unable to add a gift message to Gift Product Variants that don't include one, this is your guide on how to set that up.

Note: this only applies if you're have a Gift Product connected to Wrapped.

Steps

  1. From the Wrapped dashboard, click Customize on one of your Gift Options
  2. From the Gift Option settings page, navigate to the Gift Product section and click Customize
  3. Navigate the the Variants section of the Gift Product details
  4. Click on the Variant you'd like to hide gift messages on
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the Variant details to the Blocks section
  6. Under Gift Variant Overrides, you'll see three checkboxes. Select all three.
  7. Click Save
